We want you to love your Alfaparf Milano professional hair care experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the products in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all liquid caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
